Job Description

My client is looking to recruit a Sales & Lettings Administrator to join their very busy team. They are a successful independent Estate Agent based in Cranleigh, covering the whole of Surrey including the borders of Hampshire and West Sussex. They have a strong, fun and friendly team and are looking for someone to join, supporting both Sales and Lettings.
Experience in estate agency and administration is essential, however upon successful interviewing process the right candidate will receive thorough in-house training to settle into the role and develop further understanding in residential sales and lettings if needed. You will be responsible to carry out all administrative duties within the branch and will be reporting to the Executive Assistant to the Directors.

Key responsibilities:
o Preparing all property details ready for marketing such as website & window cards
o Organising Photos, Floorplans, EPCs with contractors
o Generating write ups for properties then uploading details, photos and floorplans
o Creating and generating Sales & Lettings letters
o Answering the telephone in a professional manner
o Dealing with clients in person, by phone, email or via our website
o Registering and booking in viewings for Sales and Lettings
o Managing Sales and Lettings diaries
o Generating Instruction Paperwork, Sales Memorandums, Tenancy Agreements, Renewal Documents etc.
o Providing property management support for Lettings
o Obtaining relevant documentation to comply with the company policy and legislative procedures.
o Providing ad hoc support to the Sales and Lettings departments when required

We are looking for someone who:
o Achieves and strives to exceed and progress within a role
o Has enthusiasm for the property Sales & Lettings market
o Be able to meet deadlines and use their own initiative
o Good written and oral communication skills
o Good IT skills including intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
o Professional telephone manner and appearance
o Willingness to support the office in whatever capacity required
o Self-motivating and monitors their own daily tasks and take action to improve day to day running of the office
o Consistently provide exceptional client service to ensure we deliver on commitments to retain clients
o Be an all-round multi-tasking individual as each day varies from day to day
o Be able to meet deadlines and use their own initiative
