The Midland `s leading Independent Estate Agents is seeking an enthusiastic, driven and passionate Sales` and Lettings` Negotiator to join their team in Pershore.

This position is full time and the ideal candidate will have the drive and enthusiasm to tackle this challenging market head on. Strong organisational and communication skills together with a proven track record within the industry are essential. IT and organisational skills are essential and you must hold a driving licence and be a car owner to be considered.

Working in a small, friendly team, the ideal candidate must be a team player who works well both individually and in a group. You must have the confidence to negotiate, deal with people face to face and over the phone and most importantly, SELL.

This is a target driven environment and OTE is achievable through hard work and determination. To be a successful Sales and Lettings Negotiator you must possess the tenacity and confidence to deal with customers and clients at all levels and thrive working in a fast paced and fast-moving industry.

It is essential you have previous sales experience.

The working shifts are Monday - Friday 8.30am -5.30pm plus one in every third Saturday 9am-4pm.
