My client is looking for a part time sales and marketing coordinator.
Working 24 hours a week and the hours are flexible for the candidate. The full time salary is £23K but it will be on a pro rata basis. They are looking for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to coordinate, implement and report on the lead generation drives for the marketing campaigns and initiatives set by the Head of Marketing.
The position will also include other admin and coordination duties set.Lead Generation Campaigns Coordinate and Implement Inclusive of all Product Areas Report on a Monthly Basis Campaign Results,CPD Coordination from Instigation to Certificates and Reports,Implementation Support for the Head of Marketing, CRM Marketing Support.General Marketing Administration Duties.
Generation Number of leads created, dealt with and passed onto the sales teams, specification
team within a specified amount of time.As well as sales leads, CPD leads will also be targeted
Reports,A monthly report showing results and set KPI`S
Implementation Support,All initiatives and responsibilities sent are
fitted into the campaigns and reports
CPD Process,The full process of CPD's is dealt with and correctly documented and recorded within
CRM.CRM Marketing Maintenance,Marketing teams content within the CRM
system is kept up to date, all contacts.updated with relevant consent options,New lead campaigns for events,campaigns etc are kept up to date, logged and tracked to ensure sales teams completion.
