Job Description

A successful, award-winning multi-disciplinary design company based in Middlesex and Watford. Offering amongst other things a complete interior design service, complete Architects service and a full Design and Build service.

You will be reporting directly to Design Director to drive sales on a variety of products in the showroom, drive marketing strategies to generate new business and convert leads into sales. Thinking creatively you will be contributing and producing new ideas, design artwork and concepts for presentations and/marketing materials such as brochures and leaflets. Serving our retail clients instore or over phone/email. Be competent with Sketchup / AutoCad/Photoshop/Mailchimp & Social Media software is an advantage but not required. Liaise with Graphic & Visual Design team member to create marketing material and digital marketing content. Continuously updating product knowledge to enable to provide high quality customer service at all times.

You will be:
Energetic and sales driven
Able to undertake the responsibilities
A good seller and persuasive communicator who will drive retail sales in the Showroom
Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in sales or marketing industry
Knowledge of Mailchimp and Hootsuite or an alternative social media management software
Competent with aspects of digital marketing such as developing strategies to improve SEO, Social media content creation and management, pay per click campaigns (PPC) is an advantage
IT literate, proficient in Microsoft suite
Knowledge of Photoshop/Indesign/Illustrator would be a distinct advantage
Numerate, able to make accurate calculations with attention to detail
Well presented and personable, with excellent communication and organisational skills
Team spirited with a bright and confident personality
Able to work on own initiative, multi task and to juggle a changing workload
Resilient to cope with conflicting demands, able to prioritise duties, work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Own car essential

4 days a week plus occasional Saturdays and 2 years relevant experience

£35,000 pa, staff discount scheme, discretionary bonus, company pension and 4 weeks plus public holidays
