This is a 10-month fixed term contract to cover a member of the team on maternity leave however with good performance a permanent contract would be offered at the end of the 10 months.
Salary: £25,000 on a 10-month fixed term contract for maternity cover (salary will be pro rata=£20,883) ADDITIONAL PAY- Performance bonus on offer.
Hours: Monday & Tuesday 9am-5pm
Wednesday - Day off
Thursday & Friday 9am-5pm
Saturday - Day off
Your role and responsibilities:
" Managing the sales office including making sure all duties are handled in the golf co-ordinator, wedding co-ordinator and event co-ordinator sector of the business in a timely manner
" The maintenance of the company website
" A target driven and performance-based role
" Answering Inbound calls and dealing with General enquiries.
" Planning Marketing Campaigns, Creating Artwork and Executing Marketing Strategies via the Marketing Mix including social media, Website, and Online Booking Platforms to attract and retain Wedding Sales, Golf Membership, Spa Breaks, Spa Days, Leisure Members, Restaurant Bookings, Conferences, Private Functions and Seasonal Events.

" Strong management/team leader skills
