The purpose of the role is to research and develop the Marketing and Sales strategy for the business, to drive sales by designing and implementing a targeted marketing strategy. You will be working closely with the Director of Sales and wider team; reporting to The Managing Director.

In addition, the Sales and Marketing Executive will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, tracking sales data, creating performance reports, managing social media and all relevant online marketing and event activities.

This is a perfect role for a Marketing Executive seeking their second or third position. You should have at least 2 years' experience working within a Sales & Marketing team. The company is a Mechanical Engineering business based on the outskirts of the City Centre.

Job Description
Being responsible for new sales enquiries and processing of all leads/updating and maintaining database
Telephone/Email communications with customers - dealing with queries and providing customers with guidance/quotations on products and services
Develop strong relations with allocated customer accounts to maximise on opportunities
Reaching out to prospective new customers so they know more about our products and services
Researching our industry to see what's working on social media platforms and implementing any new ideas/strategies
Updating website content and assisting with the creation of videos/blogs
Managing social media accounts and being made responsible for posting content and reaching out to prospects and potential collaborations
Managing promotions via mailing lists and newsletters
Analysing marketing spend/strategies to increase success rates
