The Sales & Marketing Manager will be energetic, organised and passionate. They will be responsible for developing and driving the sales team, being innovative and creative in creating marketing plans and then - seeing them through.
Pro-actively seek new business opportunities for the venue as a whole - room bookings, weddings, conferences & other events & functions; restaurant and leisure
Create and develop digital marketing plans and campaigns
Process all sales enquiries through to final details.
Negotiate rates with customers within agreed guidelines
Build positive relationships with customers
Actively seek feedback from customers
Conduct show rounds of the venue with potential clients
Experience of hotels
Wedding planning and special event coordination
Demonstrates good organisational and administration skills
Possesses excellent IT skills, with experience in all aspects of digital marketing
Has a positive attitude, with good interpersonal skills & an exceptional telephone manner.
