Sales Office Administrator

£18,000
Telford


Working hours: Mon - Thurs 8:30 - 4:30pm
Early finish Friday 1:30 pm
No uniform requirements, casual dress

My client based in Telford, is seeking a hard-working team player to fit into a fast-paced environment and flourish. You will be working in a small team (Approximately 4 people)
The role is a Sales & Office Administrator which comes with a broad list of duties to include.
" Receiving incoming customer calls
" Processing orders
" Problem solving and follow the proper escalation process
" Complaints handling

" You will be required to share the meet and greet duties in the office.

As a company you will also manage stock for some clients, so you will need to ensure minimum stock threshold are maintained, and that you send the right information to the shop floor to ensure over production does not occur.

The right candidate will be a hard-working team player with the ability to multi-task and have the following

" Good time management skills
" Be able to demonstrate good solid data entry speed
" Self-motivated
" Problem solver
" SAP knowledge (Preferably)
