Job Description

Sales & Office Administrator


Telford - £18,000pa

Working hours: Mon - Thu 8.30am -4.30pm & 8.30am -1.30pm Fri

Are you looking for the opportunity to become part of an International business that has over 50 years manufacturing experience. A fantastic opportunity to join an organisation that puts its people and innovation at the heart of everything it does.
You will be join a small but busy team in an open plan environment.

You:


You will need previous admin experience in sales and or finance?
You will need a sound working knowledge of Excel?
Can you demonstrate excellent attention to detail?
Are you able to multi task?
Do you have excellent communication skills, with the ability to question data that you are provided?
Previous experience of working with SAP will be a distinct advantage

The Role:


You will be dealing with customer queries both via phone & email
You will be processing orders and dealing with customer queries
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate details of stock levels
You will liaise with suppliers of raw material
You will raise PO's.
You will liaise with head office and provide various month end data relating to sales figure, raw material costs and more.
