Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a positive and enthusiastic individual to join a small busy team.
You will be carrying out a wide range of duties to include internal sales and purchasing administrative tasks: sales order processing; preparation of customer quotations; raising delivery notes; raising purchase orders; booking in stock; generating sales invoices; raising Parcel force labels; answering the telephone, filing.
The ideal candidate for this role will be flexible with the ability to work under pressure.
Please be aware as this is a small team, you will be expected to take turns answering the telephone, making a drink, and providing cover for other departments during times of holiday or sickness.
The position is 33.5 hours per week - Monday-Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm with one hour lunch break (12.00-1.00pm) and Friday 9.00am - 3.00pm with 30 Min's lunch break (12.00-12.30pm). These hours are non negotiable.
Holiday consists of 14 days of own choice, all bank holidays (Good Friday / Easter Monday, May Day, Spring Bank Holiday, August Bank Holiday) + Whit sun week shutdown (4 days) + Christmas shutdown (typically 7 days including Bank Holidays).
