Brook Street is proud to be supporting is a major distributor for Gema powder coating equipment (manufactured in Switzerland) and supply a variety of products, from manual powder coating machines to complete powder coating plants, to a wide range of customers based in the North East.

As a Sales and Service Engineer you will be involved with the installation of new powder coating equipment and repair / service of existing equipment at our customers' facilities. You will also advise customers on potential upgrades together with new products.

This role will be largely field based and will involve daily travel to customers' sites in the area.

The successful applicant will ideally have experience in both electrical and mechanical field service work. They must be a good communicator and be used to building lasting customer relationships.

A high level of customer service is very important to our business and this role requires a professional approach to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring repeat business.

Comprehensive product training will be provided to the successful applicant.

A clean driving licence is required.

Remuneration : £20,000 basic salary (depending on experience), bonus scheme, company car (Astra estate or similar) for personnel use and mobile phone.
