Job Description

We are looking for an experienced sale assistant to join a Luxury brand on Regent Street, someone who is passionate about selling and excellent with customer service.

The hours will be 11am - 7pm and will be 5 days a week on a rota basis Sunday - Monday.

Profile:

Previous experience in retail environment, for premium luxury brands

Ability to work autonomously and in a dynamic environment

Ability to conduct successful sales activities in store and using new digital devices (CRM, digital platforms etc.)

Ability to prioritise work load, meet deadlines and specified standards

Excellent communication skills across all levels

Customer oriented, organised and with a positive/constructive attitude

General Duties of the role will be:

- Provide an excellent service to our customers and grant them the best shopping experience

- Activate all CRM strategies to build a loyal client base in order to enhance the concession economic results

- Monitor stockroom standards and grant right product assortment on the floor

- Attend to deliveries within day of arrival

- Diplomatically handle complaints and critical situations with customers and colleagues
