Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Assistant / Administrator to join our small, friendly team in Nottingham for an exciting 6-month contract with the possibility of going permanent.
Job Title - Sales Assistant / Administrator
Location - Nottingham (NG7)
Salary - £9.23 per hour
Hours - 8.00am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Duration - 6 months
Your new role with consist of a variety of different duties, all to ensure we deliver the best customer service and keep our customer returning. These duties will include:
" Serving customers face to face or via telephone or email
" Picking customers orders from our in-house stock
" Making quotes and following these up at a later date
" Using our in-house system to ensure all customer details are correct
" Completing daily administration
" Keeping the shop floor clean and presentable at all times
Our ideal candidate would have experience in customer service based role, as well as having experience within administration. You will also be required to have good computer skills and be a quick learner, as all work is processed on our in-house system. It will be beneficial if you have industry knowledge of electrical products, however all training will be given.
