The Role - Sales Executive - Full Time Position
Location - Car Loan Warehouse - Alton
Basic Salary - £18,000 - £24,000 p/a + Monthly Bonus, OTE £36,000

What you`ll be doing:
As a Finance Sales Executive you will be managing your own allocation of warm sales leads from customers who have applied to us for car finance. You`ll qualify their requirements, explain the best finance options available to meet their needs and guide them through their car buying journey.
This is an office based telesales role and there is no cold calling involved but you will need to use your personality and sales skills to liaise with the customer, the lender and the dealer who is supplying the vehicle in order to ensure the customer experience is second to none.
Whether you are financing a Ford or a Ferrari, in order to be successful you`ll need to possess an excellent phone manner, have great communication skills (both over the phone and via email) and be computer literate.
We are looking for great applicants with a sales or customer service background that can demonstrate the ability and desire to succeed in a fast paced and energising environment.
We do not expect all applicants to have experience of car finance as full training will be given.
The ideal candidate must have:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Have good Maths & English qualifications
The ability to multi-task
Great attention to detail
Be comfortable working towards targets
Enjoy exceeding customer`s expectations
Have the desire to succeed

Location:
Based in Alton, Hampshire we are less than half an hour away from Basingstoke, Guildford, Farnham, Fleet, Farnborough, Petersfield or Winchester and our office is only a 1 minute walk from Alton train station.
Hours:
9.00 - 5.30pm (with one late night until 6.30pm)
We are open 7 days a week and need our staff to be flexible when it comes to working weekends, however for any day worked at the weekend a day off in the week will be given.
