We have a fantastic opportunity for a friendly and ambitious individual to join our Client`s team as a Customer Consultant. Working as part of a close knit team, you will be responsible for advising customers about the great range of models, ensuring that only the highest levels of service are provided.

You will be responsible for all stages of the sales process, from the initial meeting through to the vehicle handover. You will be provided with full training.

Job Description:
- Respond to all customer enquiries within target response time.
- Complete static vehicle demonstration and familiarisation drive, pointing out significant features and benefits.
- Accompany the customer on and Invitation To Drive where appropriate.
- Present quotes to the customer in an efficient and swift manner.
- Work effectively with the F&I Specialist to qualify the discovery phase.
- Ensure all information is recorded accurately in the proper manner.
- Follow the sales process throughout all stages and keep the customer up to date.

Working Hours: Full time
Location: York
Salary: £22k basic for the first 3 months
