Are you looking for an exciting and challenging job opportunity? Our client is looking for a Sales and Product Development Coordinator. They are a growing supplier and importer within the Textiles and Electrical product into the UK Market.
The purpose of the role is to provide admin support within Electrical division, co-ordinating activities within sales and product development to successfully deliver continued business growth.
You will liaise with different internal and external stakeholders daily within the UK to Far East. The ideal candidate would be in the early stages of their career. We are looking for a flexible individual with a positive 'can-do' attitude who would embrace taking ownership of processes and look to develop further within a growing business.
" Support with the product sourcing process
" Manage and coordinate product development related approval processes with factories, customers and technical service providers
" Create and send sourcing briefs to clients, work collaboratively with the clients sourcing team and factories to obtain product quotations
" Create briefs and manage artwork development
" Create new line forms and update costing sheets
" Conduct market research and post promotional analysis
" Take ownership and manage the product sampling process
" Assist in areas such as meeting preparation, creation of PowerPoint presentations and general account specific admin
" Educated to degree level
" 1-2 years' retail or electrical background or account manager.
" Good communicator.
" 'can-do' attitude and the ability to work on own initiative
" Computer literate - Outlook, Excel and Power Point skills are essential
£20- £25k based on experience, with benefits, 20 holidays plus bank holiday and great training provided.
