Brook Street Recruitment is working with our Belfast client to recruit a full time and permanent Sales Coordinator to join their expanding team.
The Sales Coordinator will take a pro-active sales approach and play a key role in the collating and processing of client leads, establishing leads from external sources, multi platforms and directly from within the company
Reporting to the Sales Director they will generate and follow up on quotation status and arrange appointments for visits to both new and established customers.
To respond quickly and efficiently to incoming sales enquiries, by telephone, fax and email.
To record the progress of all enquiries and translate into reports, including trend analysis, future predicted sales and other reports as directed by Sales Director.
When required, to coordinating and arranging sales calls and customer visits for the Sales Department
Liaising with relevant operational departments follow through on quotations.
Assist in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Sales Director.
To provide input and ideas into marketing initiatives.
Promotion of our company services through a pro-active approach.
A level standard or Equivalent
At least 2 years of sales support or customer service experience
Possess experience in a sales environment or of producing quotes for customers
Computer proficiency and keyboarding skills including use of Word and Excel
Understanding of social platforms ie LinkedIn
Monitoring trends and evaluating sales goals
Must have the ability to produce reports
Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
A proven strong relationship builder with customers and internal departments
Available and flexible to work overtime as required
Available to travel and work at other locations/ sites as required
Full UK Driving License
Experience working with a CRM System
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 09.00am to 17.00pm - salary DOE - £20,000 to £23,500
