Job Description

Fantastic opportunity to join a well-established growing company in Coventry as a Sales Coordinator! You must have previous experience within in an office-based environment. This is a really exciting opportunity for someone who wants a career, excel there skills further and not afraid to get stuck in!


Monday to Friday (8-5 Monday to Thursday 8-1 on Fridays) Office based
£21,000 - £25,000 DOE

Main duties but not limited to;
" Handle incoming email and telephone enquiries - preparing quotes and advising lead times in line with stock availability whilst ensuring customers expectations are met
" Coordinate the production schedule liaising with production, operations and purchasing to ensure the schedule is kept up to date
" Processing orders / proformas where required, monitor through to delivery whilst keeping customers updated
" Raise internal works orders and follow up until booked in
" Handle dispatch notes, shipments and invoices
" Deal with a variety of different queries from customer, suppliers and sales manager
" Actively promoting our products - upsell and cross sell where appropriate
" Identify Opportunities for growth
" Raise CC warranty forms - follow until closed
" Maintain filing system including client records
" Liaise with marketing to drive increased sales of products through social media
" Work alongside the Manager with the coordination and organisation of events and shows
" Attend and support at shows and events when required
" Cover for other members of the team when on holiday
" General adhoc duties where necessary to assist the smooth running of the company

Person Specification;
" Previous sales administration experience
" Strong IT skills including MS packages
" Organised
" Able to multi task whilst hitting deadlines
" Experience using SAGE is advantageous
