You will be working for a large and successful company in Warwick, Warwickshire.

You will be expected to, but not limited to, the following:

" Act as a sales coordinator for nominated Account Directors and Account Managers and to assist in the maintenance and development of existing and new customers.

" Enable sales orders and their transactions to be fully recorded, and to ensure that they are processed in a controlled manner, allowing products to be supplied to the customer, correctly and at the due date. To ensure that these orders are tracked and invoiced in a timely way.

" Keep up to date with new products and to work efficiently and accurately in a team-based environment.

" Provide high touch customer service by building and maintaining client relationships, following departmental processes, and striving to identify continuous improvement opportunities.

You will be expected to be an enthusiastic individual, able to show attention to detail, a team player, a quick thinker, confident face to face and on the phone, independent, reliable and IT literature. It is also essential that you have your own vehicle and a full UK driving license. Also, it will be an advantage if you have experience coordinating and controlling projects, working with ERP systems and have planning experience.

You will be working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:15pm with a 1-hour lunch break.

You will be earning £22,000 per annum plus 28 days holiday, rising to 33 days holiday after 2 years of service. You will also benefit off receiving pension, bonuses on year end and many more company benefits.

You will also receive in house training initially when first starting and ongoing training as and when needed.
