You will be part of a small team of 4, headed by the most helpful and experienced Sales Manager.
You will be working in the sales office based in the hotel. You will be expected to take incoming calls from customers whether they have a query or would like to make a booking for a room. You will also be responding and arranging online bookings. You will also be expected to assist with bookings and enquiries regarding the events happening in the hotel and assisting the most well-known and popular restaurant with table bookings.
You will be expected to have a minimum of atleast one-year experience in either a customer service, sales or retail role. You will also be expected to be a really enthusiastic, bubbly and positive individual due to this being a sales role. You will be expected to make the guests feel very welcoming on the phone and make their experience at the hotel from start to finish, a remembering one.
You will benefit off a competitive salary of between £18,000 to £18,500. You will also receive free work uniform with dry cleaning provided for no fee, free onsite parking, free on shift meals, free use of the onsite gym and leisure suite, discount on stays in all hotels, 50% off in the restaurant and monthly cash bonuses on the General Managers discretion.
You will be working between the hours of 8:30 to 16:30 and 9:30 to 18:00, which is alternative each week. You will also be working between the days of Monday to Friday and Tuesday to Saturday, which is also alternative each week.
