Are you seeking a new challenging working in a fast paced, modern environment? My client is seeking Sales Development Representative / Lead Generation Executive person to join their team on long term permanent basis.
You will be proactively generating new business opportunities across the company product range by follow up of marketing lead generation campaigns, enquiries via the website and inbound calls. You will be focusing on B2B sales and you will be expected to meet and/or exceed daily and monthly performance targets for number of outbound calls; qualified leads accepted and pipeline contribution. Qualify sales leads from marketing driven campaigns. Be able to update prospect database (Salesforce) with conversations, competitive information, company size, decision making criteria and other pertinent information. You will be attending and participating in weekly/monthly assigned Sales team meetings and providing feedback and improvements to Sales Development program and Marketing process.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will have the ability to meet deadlines and commitments. You will be able to sense the urgency of some prospects and prioritise your work load accordingly. You will show that you are familiar with CRM Systems and be IT literate on word and excel. It is very important that you have strong communication skills both written and verbally.
For this role as a Sales Development Representative, my client are offering £23-£24,000k per year plus a great commission scheme with an OTE of up to £34,000 and amazing company benefits such as subsidised canteen, free parking, free snacks, great parties and an amazing working environment.
