Working as part of a small team the person would need to be self-motivated with a "Can do" attitude.

Expected to be graduate with at least 2 years industrial experience

Direct sales of Company's fiber-processing machines & services
Direct sales of Company's non-fiber machines & processes
Account management/driven sales mentality
Preparation of proposals & presentations to industrial customers and at conferences
Liaison with customer - understanding their success criteria (what is important and what isn't, not just what's on the drawing), and managing their expectations and activity to maximise the outcome.
Preparation of marketing collateral (Datasheets, videos, samples)
Help to prepare and maintain sales forecast.
Finding and generating new opportunities in targeted markets
Attend and walk relevant exhibitions
Maintain sales meeting minutes and record information in CRM
