We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Engineer to be a fundamental part of the sales team responsible for building trust in the Company and the solutions they propose, ultimately contributing to the long term success of their customers
You will lead the technical pre-sales relationship
Educate customer to how our solution meets their requirements
Challenge existing approaches
Excite customers with the possibilities with new technologies
You will be a Sales Engineer with a proven track record in a technical pre-sales role.
2+ years pre-sales experience selling technical solutions
Hands-on and creative problem solver with know how to get things done
absorb new concepts quickly and be able to apply to customer challenges
Strong communicator and presence with gravitas
Building confidence in customers and partners
Strategic thinker that is able to understand customer needs and break them down to
deliver solutions that provide value quickly
Previous software development experience in one or more of the following areas:
Experience building REST APIs
Cloud platform experience ( Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure )
Experience in Telecoms, SIP, Contact Center is a plus
