Job Title Sales Excellence Support
Location - Reading

Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our Global IT Client to recruit a Sales Excellence Support
This is a contract role based in Reading for 6 months (possible extension to 18 months max contract duration)

As a Brook Street contractor you will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, 8 days paid Bank Holidays pro rota, discounted gym membership, use of the onsite health facility, access to online learning and training, free parking and an excellent subsidised restaurant.

Salary: Up to £43,391 plus 5% end of contract bonus depending on experience

Job Description
The Sales Excellence Support role is responsible for ensuring "business as usual" is as seamless as possible, by supporting the Lead in day to day transactional activities and will work on 2-3 key projects, taking responsibility to deliver them on time and to stakeholder satisfaction.


Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter who can effectively partner across functions, possesses excellent communication skills and can establish key processes and procedure to facilitate consistent and efficient experiences for our customers. The role will require work on multiple, diverse projects simultaneously and assist in implementing new approaches as well as the more day-to-day elements of "business as usual" in the Sales Excellence & Business Operations area. The successful candidate will understand how to get things done through influence and collaboration and have a broad business background and interest.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following:
Outstanding analytical and business judgment skills across a range of disciplines
Proven track record of influencing positive outcomes without direct authority
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven cross group collaboration
Prior sales excellence or project management experience is a plus
