You will be responsible for dealing with inbound calls relating to queries regarding products and services and dealing also with any complaints. The job will involve taking a high volume of inbound calls and converting queries to sales.

Applicants can come from a call centre, customer service or retail environment. All that is required is a solid work history with at least 6 months in each job and the experience must be within the last 12 months. Strong communication skills are essential for the job and you must be tenacious to achieve sales targets.
