Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a growing company within the facilities management sector based in West London, looking for a Sales Executive to join them on a permanent basis. This a really exciting opportunity for someone with personal development and career goals looking to progress.

Salary: £18,000 + Commission

- 24 days annual holiday + bank holidays
- Travel allowance
- Phone allowance
- Annual bonus based on KPI's

Key Responsibilities:
- Study and research on Facilities Management Industry to understand sector and trends
- Identify key contract sites and securing relationships
- Targeting Higher Education and Schools
- Managing number of key accounts with support from the Senior team
- Responsibility for building, owning and delivering pipeline of new business
- Recording and managing internal CRM system
- Attending Trade and Industry events
- Supporting Senior National Account Manager day to day and deputising when required
- Build effective relationships with supplier partners and become a trusted brand ambassador
- Working independently to target and win relevant accounts in order to drive new business

Key Requirements:
- A background in a targeted role
- Strong communication skills
- Drive to win new business
- Ability to plan effectively
- Handle high work load without close supervision
