Due to exciting expansion plans a rare opportunity has arisen at Croydon`s most loved business.
Sales experience is not a necessity. We are hiring for attitude and aptitude. Full training will be given to the successful candidate
My client are looking for a motivated customer focused person to join their long-established award winning family business.
The successful candidate will be driven and reward orientated. They will appreciate the necessity to provide outstanding customer service and strive to exceed their customers` expectations every time.

· 5 ½ days per week (this includes weekend working)

· Competitive salary plus commission, £18,000 to £45,000 (Uncapped)

Duties are varied and will include:
· Meeting and greeting customers and building rapport
· Generating leads via a variety of methods including, social media engagement and content
· Establishing customer requirements and showing them vehicles that meet their needs
· Explaining clearly all relevant finance options available
· Meeting or exceeding targets based on sales and customer satisfaction
· Delivering excellent service to each and every customer
· Arranging test drives
· Liaising with the customer to arrange a handover
· Completing accurately all relevant paperwork
· Handing over the vehicle and introducing the customer to the service team


Skills required:
· Sales experience (does not have to be vehicle sales as training will be given on product and industry knowledge
· Competent IT skills including social media knowledge, Facebook, Instagram etc
· Attention to detail
· Full valid driving licence
