The role of a Sales Executive is to call lapsed customers to establish why they have not placed an order, too build new relationships and win back their business, you will be able to use your effective negotiating skills to secure the sale, ensuring that you meet profitably guidelines within the business.
The role is target driven which is based on call volumes as well as quality of calls made. There is a monthly bonus scheme in place.
The ideal candidate will have a confident and professional telephone manner, be target driven, and have negotiating and rapport building skills. Sales and up-selling experience would be an advantage.
This position would be ideal for someone looking for a career within sales, or someone at the start of their career looking for the next step in a sales role.
