Sales Executive / Telesales

Permanent Position

Full Time - 5 days over 7, 2 late nights per week (until 8pm) 2 weekends per month

Salary £18,000 - £20,000 DOE Plus Bonus Potential

My client has an exciting position available offering you the opportunity to join a stable environment, in the hospitality and events sector.

The role of a Sales Executive is to support the Sales & Marketing Manager in maximising opportunities to increase revenue and drive sales for all areas of the business whilst maintaining excellent customer service and attention to detail.

The role is target driven which is based on call volumes as well as quality of calls made.

This is a targeted warm lead role; you will be making up to 60 calls per day with a target of 50% to connect.

All leads will be from events or online enquires and can range from wedding enquiries to sports facility bookings.

The ideal candidate will have a confident and professional telephone manner, be target driven, and have negotiating and rapport building skills.

Sales within the hospitality or events sector would be an advantage.

This position would be ideal for someone looking for the next step in within a sales role.
