Job Description

Salary: £20,000 - £24,000
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.45am - 5pm
2 x 15-minute breaks, 1 x 45-minute lunch
Permanent role

We have an exciting new opportunity for candidates in Birmingham who are looking for a career in Sales. My client, a provider of fuel cards and other fleet services, is rapidly expanding and growing their business and is looking for Sales Executives to join their busy and energetic sales team. They are a scale up fuel and fleet services business operating out of a dynamic and hungry sales office based in the heart of Birmingham`s Colmore Business District and they are looking for driven, passionate, and ambitious individuals who share their desire to be on top. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
" Generate revenue and selling opportunities through outbound sales calls
" Manage and convert inbound leads
" Optimise new business revenue and volume through effective account management
" Push to meet and exceed agreed KPI and sales targets
" Deliver high quality calls and written communications with customers
" Strive to maintain an in depth understanding of all products and services
" Accurately record all contact and conversations with customers in the CRM (MS Dynamics)
" Display effective time management to prioritise activities which maximise productivity
" Work collaboratively across all business areas to help foster a supportive team culture
" Actively contribute to a positive working environment, demonstrating the company core values and behaviours
" Contribute and commit to a personal development plan that addresses all training and development needs as well as future career aspirations
" To achieve individual company fuel target
" To achieve individual sales target
" To achieve individual point of sale revenue target
" To achieve agreed fuel card credit applications
" To achieve daily Call Time and Call Numbers targets
