Job Description

We are looking for experienced Sales people for our client who is an award winning business in the town centre.

The hours of work will be 40 hours per week; Working days are every other weekend with a day in lieu

Salary is 15k -18k dependant on experience plus commission - OTE £40k

Driving License is required for the role.

The main duties to include:-
" Generating viewings and valuations
" Negotiating offers and progressing sales
" Offering professional advice and high standards of customer service, to our valued clients

The successful candidate will be tenacious, driven and possess boundless enthusiasm and integrity.

This highly motivated role would suit a candidate with:
" A successful and proven sales history
" Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
" Resilient and driven
" Demonstrate excellent people skills
" Full driving license and ideally use of own vehicle

Estate agency experience is not essential but preferred.
