What you'll be doing:
As a Trainee Finance Sales Executive you will be learning to manage your own allocation of warm sales leads from customers who have applied for car finance. You'll qualify their requirements, explain the best finance options available to meet their needs and guide them through their car buying journey.
This is an office based telesales role and there is no cold calling involved but you will need to use your personality and sales skills to liaise with the customer, the lender and the dealer who is supplying the vehicle in order to ensure the customer experience is second to none.
Whether you are financing a Ford or a Ferrari, in order to be successful you'll need to possess an excellent phone manner, have great communication skills (both over the phone and via email) and be computer literate.

A healthy basic salary of £18,000 - £24,000 plus uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of £36,000.

Based in Alton, Hampshire less than half an hour away from Basingstoke, Guildford, Farnham, Fleet, Farnborough, Petersfield or Winchester and the office is only a 1 minute walk from Alton train station.
Open 7 days a week and need staff to be flexible when it comes to working some weekends, however for any day worked at the weekend a day off in the week will be given.
