Are you seeking an exciting new Sales Executive opportunity working for a fast paced and rapidly growing pharmaceutical and life sciences company? If so we have the role for you!

Our client is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team. You will have the opportunity to work for a fast-growing life science conference company, building networks across the world's best research organisations and pharmaceutical companies. This is an entry-level role and comes with full training and mentoring for the first 4 months.

You will be selling delegate places at life science conferences taking place in Europe and USA. Thorough research will be expected to source new leads for each relevant event. You will be contacting each relevant prospect via telephone and add them to a database. You will be able to manage basic negotiations, handle objections and close sales effectively. International travel is part of the this role, when required, to attend conferences.

As a Sales Executive, you will have good communication skills and have a confident telephone approach. Due to this, previous telephone experience is desirable. You will have the ability to work well under pressure and work to meet deadlines. You will be dealing with senior level employees and will need to be confident when doing so. As this is an entry level role, the willingness to learn and develop with the company will be a huge benefit.

You will receive a competitive basic salary of £19,500 + commission/bonus. The first year OTE is estimated at £25,500 (uncapped) and rising in future years. They also have other great benefits to add to their package.
