Job Description

Brook Street have an exciting new opportunity for a very successful client located in Harlow.

This will be working for one of Europe's largest and fastest growing technology distribution and specialist service providers. This is fun product to work with and company offers a great working environment and facilities including games/breakout room, fruit basket and free tea and coffee and great incentives.

This position is to proactively grow awareness and penetration of a wide range of IT and Mobile products into online customers increasing the company profile and customer base and maximising all profit opportunities within the accounts ensuring achievement of agreed targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain new and current business within the specialist
Deliver year on year growth meeting budget expectations set out by the company
Profile and develop an in-depth knowledge of your customers and the profit opportunities
Maintain and develop Business Relationships at all levels of the customers organisation
Work closely with the Product Managers and Vendors feeding back retail requirements and driving demand
Work on securing promotional opportunity and range opportunity online.
Review and analyse sales data on a weekly, monthly, yearly basis and build strategy on declining business
Create and execute agreed action plans with customer
Review supply chain costs, demonstrate accountability regarding returns, losses to the business, mitigate risk
Review and manage stock holding effectively within your category
Attend regular customer and vendor visits with clear objectives and ability to follow up and drive actions
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and complaint resolution

If you have Account Management/Sales/Recruitment/Marketing or Business Development background and able to demonstrate excellent working relationships this could be great opportunity for you to join a very successful company.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00am until 5.30pm with 23 days holidays + plus Bank Holidays. Free on site parking and due to the nature of the position you will need to drive with your own transport.
