If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at one of the company`s biggest offices in the Skelmersdale area, you will be joining a small new sales and business team, with your main duty to build relationships with key industrial and engineering contacts alongside hitting all KPI and sales focused targets.

A competitive basic salary ranging between £18,000-£19,500 per annum (dependant on experience).
A competitive bonus structure and commission scheme.
Working hours of Mon-Fri, 0900-1700 however the client can be flexible for the right candidate to also work an 0800-1600 / 0830-1630 if a requirement.

20 days holidays plus Bank Holidays.
Day to day duties in this role include:
Booking and confirming appointments for the field Sales Executives and Managers to attend.
Understanding and managing personal performance on a daily basis.
Working towards a particular sales appointment average per month.
Cold calling prospective lapsed clients and converting them to an active client.
Validating all prospective clients and lapsed clients via quality, effective questioning and sales techniques.
To apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:
At least 1 to 2 years in a telesales or outbound sales background.
The ability to meet sales targets and KPI`s.
Strong communication skills and to have an excellent telephone manner.
Be competent to use own incitative and sales techniques to generate new business.
