Job Description

Car Sales Executive role in Essex paying up to £18000+Commission

Our Client, a leading car manufacturer are currently looking for a Car Sales Executive to join their business based in Essex.

The Car Sales Executives are responsible for engaging with customers day to day, discussing their requirements and finding the perfect vehicle to match their needs. You will also be responsible for offering finance options, add-ons and service plans.

This is a great opportunity to join one of the UK's leading and best brands, this role would be ideal for an experienced Car Sales Executive looking to grow their earning potential.

About the Role:
- Over a year exposure to Sales and Business Development (preferably car sales)
- Use internal systems to provide customers with information on vehicle specifications based on their individual needs
- Qualifying your customers' needs and advise them on the vehicles best suited to them
- Accompany customers on demonstration drives
- Maximise on deals by up-selling additional product and warranty
- The opportunity to progress internally and establish a career with longevity

About You:
- The ability to promote and build strong relationships with customers and the team
- A talent to identify and deliver on opportunities and prospects in a warm and friendly manner
- Strong organisational skill to effectively manage multiple customers at once
- To be proactive, self-driven and target incentivised
- To be a confident driver who holds a full UK driving licence with at least one-year driving experience

What is rewarded to you:
- £18,000pa + uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of £35,000
- A full-time contract working 6 days per week (may vary with working Sundays)
- 20 days Annual Leave (plus bank holidays)
