I am currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join a leading company based in York.

Key responsibilities:

To convert in-bound sales leads into orders
To ensure sales processes are followed and in keeping with FCA rules
To achieve agreed targets for volume and profit
To maintain accurate notes and records on the company's CRM system
To provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to the Sales Manager
To be an ambassador for the company and only ever act in the best interests of the client
To build strong and trusted relationships that ensure clients come back to you time and time again

The ideal candidate with have prior sales experience, someone who understands the importance of following a sales process & managing their own disciplines. Someone who is driven, honest & has a positive can-do attitude.

In return you can expect to receive a basis salary of 20,000 with an OTE of 35,000, free parking, Monday to Friday office hours, no weekends, 25 days holiday plus all bank holidays, Birthday off for free! Pension Scheme, Ongoing training and professional development.
