Here at Brook Street we're looking to bring in a strong sales person to help build our Temporaries Desk in our Croydon Branch. We want someone who is hungry to pick up new clients and place some amazing candidates.

Here in the Croydon office we've got a great team, there's about 25 of us spread over a number of departments and it can be a lively place to be. Located in the heart of Croydon we're in a great location for both transport links and places to eat - you'll never have a boring lunch break again!

Your new role will be on our Temp Desk with a clear goal of picking up temporary bookings and filling those bookings quickly with strong candidates.
First and foremost it's a client facing position, picking up the phone and visiting clients while building strong solid relationships and becoming a trusted recruitment consultant.
You will be looking at the bigger picture, targeting large clients with volume recruitment needs as well as smaller business that need a trusted service on a regular basis.

Once you have brought the business in its all about finding the strongest available candidate for the role, using our extensive candidate database and advertising jobs you will get those bookings filled and keep those clients happy!

What we're after is somebody who loves to chase clients and make sales. I want you to have a never give up attitude and a hunger to do better than you did yesterday.
You will need to be confident on the phone and happy to speak to everyone and anyone to help get results.
We want you a strong character who can take a bit of rejection, it's all about how you keep on going with a clear goal in mind.

For this role we do require a background in sales of some kind, if you have touched on Telesales before than even better!
Great communication skills is a must when talking and via e-mail. We also require solid IT skills when it comes to using our in house systems and Outlook.
