Our small friendly business based in Chesham is delighted to offer an opportunity to join their established account management team as a Sales Executive / Customer Service Executive.
You will have had a sales background or great customer service and want to pursue a career in sales. You will be joining an established team so you must be a team player. Incoming calls and repeat orders will make up most of your working day and in quiet moments you will be expected to follow up leads and lapsed clients.
Although leads are generated for you, if you speak to somebody who may have a repeat requirement for our products you will need to develop that relationship to maximise sales.
Even for one-off customers, you will need to manage their enquiry from the initial call, right through to an after sales call, once our Operations Department has told you that the work has been completed. This is what ensures total customer satisfaction, referrals and repeat business.
An understanding of dimensions is desirable as quotes requested are quite technical but full training will be given so an eye for detail is crucial. You must be computer literate as the company use Sales Force CRM to record all customer information as well as Word, Excel and Outlook to prepare quotes and contact customers.
You would be working on a permanent full time basis working 09:00-17:00 Mon-Fri with an hour for lunch. In return the company offer a competitive salary of £20,000 per annum. OTE would take this up to £27,000 but this is uncapped. The more you sell, the more you earn.
