Job Description
Our client is a well-established clothing brand is looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk; You will be supporting a busy Finance department, reporting into the Finance Manager.
Provide support to the Finance function by undertaking a range of routine, day to day tasks as required within in sales ledger and credit controller function.
Key responsibilities: liaising with internal and external stakeholders assisting a dedicated finance team, Producing invoices and credit notes, Raise sales ledger invoices daily and email out to customers, receipts and credit notes, manage customer payment terms, process monthly statements and reconciliation. Credit control duties, supporting the manager and team with day to day duties.
The successful candidate will: · Have knowledge of working in a similar role, Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel, Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, Good working knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts and Good telephone manner.
This a full time, Permanent, Salary: £21,840.00-£22,800.00 per year Benefits, Casual dress, Employee discount, On-site parking Schedule: Mon to Fri office-based location Tottenham.
