Sales Ledger

From £20,000 Depending on Experience

Monday - Friday

8:00 - 17:00 (40hrs per week)

Who you will be working for:

You could be working with an industry leading company, growing year on year, an opportunity has arisen for a Sales Ledger to join the Service team. You will be working out of a new, purpose-built modern office, free parking and unlimited coffee.

What you will be responsible for:

You will be responsible for supporting in Sales Ledger duties for the companies' service department.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

• Processing 1200 (approx.) invoices per month using the ERP System (Protean) and finance system (Therefore)
• Resolving invoice queries both internally and with customers
• Compiling quotations for non-routine maintenance or repairs
• Provide the highest customer service when dealing with customer queries
• General assistance to the service team including completing administration of warranty and FOC jobs.
• Carry out other ad-hoc work such as, reports and any other admin support

What our client is looking for in you:

A proven track record of your brilliance is essential. You should also have a high degree of competency on Microsoft Excel & Outlook. You should be a confident communicator, well organised with a keen eye for detail.

2 years + Accounts experience (Ideally Sales Ledger)

2 years + in a Customer facing role
