My client are seeking an additional team member to join the sales ledger department. You will be joining a busy team in the head office, based in St Albans.Fabulous opportunity to work for a well established company that have over 70 years experience with the industry.The company supply temporary and permanent staff to small to medium size enterprises leading Blue Chip Company and public services.
They are looking to recruit a candidate with a keen eye for detail and a proven administration background to work within the sales ledger team.You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of client invoicing.Duties include liaising and resolve invoicing queries in a timely manner across the operational network and Head Office departments.
Ideally you will be happy to work in a team environment whilst having the ability to work on your own initiative.You will also need to be confident, articulate, organised, self motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills.The ability to work to deadlines both individually and team is key.
Data entry and Excel knowledge an advantage and also dealing with invoicing would be beneficial.
The salary is competitive and the hours are 9:00am -5:15pm Monday to Friday with a 45 minute lunch break. Benefits include 22 days holiday rising to 27 days on length of service.
