Brook Street is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for an exciting career opportunity to join a reputable and successful insurance sales firm situated in Surrey. In this role you will be required to effectively manage a team of B2C outbound Sales Consultants within a fast pace telesales environment.

The ideal candidate will need to be KPI focused and passionate about driving sales as well as be a strong people manager with experience of developing, training and managing a team of top performers.

You will manage a team of 9 outbound Sales Consultants whilst monitoring their performance and assisting them to achieve their KPIs to ensure the team deliver their monthly goals and forecast. The top 4 Managers have already received £8,000 in commission this month alone so the results are exciting, un-capped and hugely rewarding.

For your application to be successful you must have a proven track record of Managerial experience within a sales industry preferably in a Telesales environment, knowledge of the insurance industry would be advantageous but not essential so if you have a successful track record and genuine passion for sales as well as people development, with the ability to inspire and motivate sales minded people, we at Brook Street want to hear from you now.
