Brook Street are recruiting for a Sales Team Manager for a very successful client located in Harlow.
You will be reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Manager is responsible for managing and motivating a team of Account Managers to establish and develop a customer account base to exceed monthly profit targets and achieve Key Performance Indicators in line with the expectations set out by the business.
The ideal candidate will be good at managing teams and motivating staff to reach sales targets and goals. You will be contributing towards the creation of the annual team budget, aligned with department budget, based on growth plans and expectations from the General Manager. Driving acquisition activity throughout the team to generate new customers, providing leads and opportunities to account managers where possible to expand the breadth of trading accounts.
You will be driving performance against Key Performance Indicators including but not limited to Gross Profit, Stock Levels, Aged Stock, Traded Accounts and revenue in line with company expectations.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm the salary will be depending of experience £30,000 + bonuses and there is also free on site parking.
