Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:30pm
Location: Ashford
Salary: negotiable

A fantastic company in rural Ashford are looking for a new Retail Sales Manager to join their fast paced and exciting team. You will be responsible for mentoring the sales team including setting sales targets and conducting appraisals, developing the teams product knowledge, carrying out training, dealing with customer complaints, managing rotas and holiday and being responsible for the health and safety of the sales team.
