Role: Commercial Sales Manager
Location: Rural Ashford
Salary: Dependant on experience
Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced sales manager to manage a fast paced and driven sales team.

You will be responsible for managing the commercial sales team including mentoring each team member, setting individual sales targets, developing the teams product knowledge, maintaining the sales database, producing bids for customers, communicating with clients, and other daily duties including sales rotas, resources and holiday requests.
