Responsibilities:
- Working with the sales team and social media manager to utilise all of the available resources to meet the KPIs and to get as many sales as possible every month.
- Build lasting relationships with your customers so they will keep their memberships running.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the organisation and products by working closely with the social media manager.
- Understand the ideal customers and how they relate to the products.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

Requirements:
- A full driving licence.
- Sales experience.
- Self-motivated.
- Good local knowledge would be advantageous but not essential.
- Fantastic relationship building abilities.
- Customer Service skills.
