Sales Manager

Brook Street has the pleasure of working with a well known name in the motor industry

Salary - Basic £35,000 OTE £50K
Location - Great Yarmouth-, office based
Hours - 08.30-18.00 5 days from 6, Sundays off every week

The ideal candidate must be able to drive the departments sales performance including finance, add on's and accessories to meet targets. Ensure that staff provide the highest level of customer service at all times in order to increase customer loyalty and therefore gain repeat business.

Main Duties

• Hire, train and motivate the sales team to grow profit in the sales department
• Drive sales and productivity of the sales team
• Conduct daily/weekly sales meetings
• Report and forecast to senior staff
• Assist in the sale of cars and add on products
• Delegate duties to sales executives as and when required
• Maintain the showroom and sales areas up to the highest standards
• Monitor performance of the sales team
• Disciplinary procedures
• Complaint handling
• Holiday and absence management
