Job Description

🚗 Sales Manager - Finance & Insurance (F&I)
Location: Hinckley
Salary: Circa £35k + Bonus + Company Car

We're looking for a Sales Manager with a passion for leadership, finance, and outstanding customer experiences to join us on the road ahead.

Your Role:

As the F&I Sales Manager, you'll play a central role in delivering financial solutions that meet customer needs while motivating and developing your team to achieve and exceed targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Business Managers to provide a seamless Finance & Insurance experience

  • Foster a high-performance culture that focuses on customer satisfaction and maximising F&I revenue

  • Act as the go-to finance expert during the sales process, offering guidance and funding solutions tailored to each customer

  • Manage a pipeline of finance leads and collaborate across sales and specialist departments

  • Build strong relationships with finance partners and lenders, keeping up to date with policies and tools

  • Identify opportunities for additional revenue and upsell appropriate finance products

  • Handle inbound and outbound finance enquiries, converting them into appointments and sales

  • Ensure full FCA compliance and promote best practices across the team

  • Conduct regular coaching, one-to-ones, and performance reviews to support continuous team development

  • Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure smooth, efficient operations

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in a Sales Manager or F&I leadership role

  • Demonstrated success in driving sales performance and customer satisfaction

  • Strong understanding of finance and insurance products in the motor trade

  • Exceptional leadership, motivational, and coaching skills

  • Solution-based selling mindset with the ability to overcome objections

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • Confident dealing with performance challenges and developing team potential

  • FCA accreditation (or willingness to become certified)

  • A proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach
