My client in North Somerset is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team.
Previous experience of a similar role within the Motor Trade is essential.
My client opened their car dealership over 30 years ago and has traded with success since. They offer a good honest service at a fair price. You'll be joining a great company with many members of the original team still working within the business.

Some of your Key Responsibilities will include:
Be involved in setting and reviewing annual sales, volume and operational targets and
Maintain control of costs as per budgets and guidelines
Review and coach the Sales Team to ensure that monthly and annual objectives are met through individual performances.
Recruit, train and develop staff on an ongoing basis in order to build a professional team and increase staff retention.
Lead, and motivate the Sales Team in order to maximise on individual and team performances.
Managing enquiries and identifying opportunities to grow market share, long term loyalty and profitability.
The successful candidate should possess the following:
Motor Industry Sales Management Experience
Must be driven, enthusiastic and keen to exceed both company and customer expectations
Excellent standard of admin and paperwork skills
Exceptional organisation and diary management skills
Must have excellent spelling and grammar skills
PC literacy is a must. This role requires a large amount of IT use
High standard of admin and paperwork skills

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £37,000 to £39,000 Basic salary, Excellent bonus structure
